Update

Well, I met with the structural engineer yesterday and basically we are good to go.  There are some things that will need to be fixed but no "show-stoppers."  So I am very glad.  I am working with a different bank as of this morning, so pray for that.  The first bank changed some things on me midstream.  The licensed contractor and project manager are also on board.  So, now we await the bank and the bid.  More to come...
